Our journey began in 2004 when we first ventured into wind energy through the installation of lattice towers. Since then, we have made remarkable progress, and today, the wind turbines of our customers operate at much higher efficiency levels, now reaching the megawatt range. Our Approach to WTG Installation


Site Preparation
Land Clearance and Access Roads: Clear the site and build access roads for heavy machinery.
Foundations:Prepare a solid foundation with concrete for stability.

Transporting Components
Components Delivery: Deliver turbine parts like the nacelle, tower sections, blades, and electrical components to the site.
Transportation Logistics: Use specialized vehicles to transport large components.

Tower Installation
Assembling the Tower: Stack tower sections using cranes or jack-up systems.
Securing the Tower: Bolt the tower to the foundation for stability.

Nacelle and Rotor Blade Installation
Nacelle Installation: Lift and secure the nacelle containing the generator and gearbox.
Blade Installation: Attach the rotor blades to the nacelle using cranes.
Electrical Connections: Connect the nacelle to the grid for power transmission.

Commissioning
Testing and Monitoring: Test mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.
Grid Connection: Connect the turbine to the grid for power generation.

Operational and Maintenance Services
